1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of BlueParadise. By creating an account, making or signing a card, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BlueParadise.

2. The BlueParadise Service

BlueParadise is a Toronto-based service for creating AI-assisted digital greeting cards, collecting group signatures and media, and sharing or scheduling delivery of completed cards.

The service may include experimental or beta features. We may add, change, pause, or remove features when reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts & Passwords

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us that it has been compromised.

Do not share password-reset links. They are time-limited credentials intended only for the account owner.

4. Your Content

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit, including names, messages, prompts, signatures, images, GIF selections, and delivery notes (“User Content”).

You grant BlueParadise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, modify solely for technical formatting, display, and transmit User Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and deliver your cards. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backups and legal retention requirements.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and share your User Content.

If you upload a recipient portrait or enter another person’s birthday, you confirm that you are authorized to use that information for the card or reminder.

5. Card Links, Signers & Recipients

Signing and final-card links may be accessible to anyone who receives the link. Card creators are responsible for choosing recipients and sharing links carefully. Signers are responsible for the messages and media they add.

Do not place confidential, highly sensitive, or regulated information in a card.

6. Email Invitations & Delivery

You may only send cards or invitations to people who would reasonably expect to receive them. You must not use BlueParadise for unsolicited advertising, bulk messaging, harassment, or spam, and you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to the messages you initiate.

Email delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, filtered, rejected, or affected by third-party mail systems.

7. AI-Generated Content

BlueParadise uses third-party artificial-intelligence services to help generate artwork, wording, and creative suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, biased, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended recipient.

You must review and, where needed, edit generated content before publishing or delivering a card. BlueParadise does not guarantee that AI output is unique or that it can be protected by intellectual-property rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use BlueParadise to:

• Create or share unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or harassing content
• Impersonate another person or falsely suggest their endorsement
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or publicity rights
• Send spam, malicious links, malware, or automated bulk requests
• Probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security controls
• Use the service in a way that could harm BlueParadise, another user, a signer, or a recipient

9. BlueParadise Property

The BlueParadise name, logos, site design, software, interfaces, and original platform assets belong to BlueParadise or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

10. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third parties for AI generation, GIF search, anti-abuse checks, analytics, hosting, and email delivery. Their availability and output are outside our complete control, and their own terms may also apply when you interact with their content or services.

11. Suspension & Removal

We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or close access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, security is at risk, the service is being misused, or action is required by law. Where practical, we will use proportionate measures.

12. Availability & Backups

BlueParadise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or error-free delivery. Keep your own copy of content that is important to you.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueParadise disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost data, opportunities, or profits arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as BlueParadise changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service where reasonably practical. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
